EMIRATES

Emirates Group

SNB was commissioned by one of our UK-based clients to build a stand for Emirates Group that would serve as a platform for the company's products to be showcased at the Arabian Travel Market 2021 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

By all accounts, this was one of the most important events of the year for Emirates Group, as they unveiled one of their flagship products, premium economy, for the first time.

The SNB team had four days to install and assemble this beautifully designed stand, which included interactive elements demonstrating Emirates' capabilities and new features.

The Layout

The 400m2 double decker stand drew attention from all areas of the exhibition hall, as the Emirates brand was displayed on various hanging lightbox features and a focal, curved graphic banner. The header also boasted a printed fabric banner with a cloud print to give the impression that the entire stand was floating in the sky.

The Design

The interior of the stand was outfitted with a life-size demo of the cabin interior, complete with a shower and toilet facility, premium seating and flooring, and a bar area. Everything is exactly as specified on the aircraft.

The general stand area was finished in high-end matte spray paint and luxury carpet flooring, and was outfitted with meeting rooms, furniture, and refreshment stations.

SNB also performed load calculations on the metal and wooden frame stands to ensure the safety of all attendees. This frequently overlooked aspect of stand construction is critical, particularly on a stand of this size and complexity.

The master craftsman at SNB had to build a full mockup of the stand in our warehouse prior to the show in order to make a stand of this size possible in such a short build-up frame. This production mock-up was then approved, and all necessary changes and final checks were performed before the product was shipped and assembled on-site.

Since SNB has a storage facility, the stand was disassembled and stored, ready for use at the next ATM.
